We Always Ask Them, Where Did You Hear About Us, Have You Had Cambodian Food Before. If They Haven't We'll Try To Introduce Them To The Ingredients And What To Expect And We Always Ask Them What Level Of Authentic You Want To Go, Because We Have Some Really Crazy Items On The Menu As Well.
